Cinema Under the Stars

Hi everyone,

We are excited to be participating in the upcoming Cinema Under the Stars event at Peacehaven Park on Saturday, 28 September 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity for us to engage with the community and raise funds for our club through a sausage sizzle.

To make this event a success, we need your help! We are looking for volunteers to assist with setup, cooking, serving, and pack-up on the day. Whether you can spare an hour or help for the whole evening, any time you can contribute will be greatly appreciated.

Volunteer Roles Needed:

• Setup Crew (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM): Help with setting up the BBQ, tables, and signage.
• Sausage Sizzle Crew (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM): Cook sausages, serve food, and handle payments.
• Pack-Up Crew (8:30 PM - 9:30 PM): Assist with packing up the BBQ, cleaning the area, and loading equipment.
