At this Sundayβs training, players will take part in a movement screen designed to identify any areas that may be more prone to injury throughout the season.
This short assessment will take about 10 minutes per player and will provide valuable insights to help with strength and conditioning planning.
Following the movement screen, there will be a guided warm-up session.
This is a great opportunity for players to gain a better understanding of their movement patterns and reduce risk of injury as the season progresses.
